With a passion in all things savory and sweet, Chef Kaytlin has over a decade of combined experience in banquet, restaurant, pastry and food truck cuisine! Her broad knowledge allows us to accommodate for creative and unique ideas from our clients. Whether you need a light and fluffy salmon mousse crostini, or a delectable beet and whipped goat cheese macaron, Chef Kaytlin can turn your imagination into tasty reality!

Roberto Morales knows restaurant experience is a must in the world of catering. Roberto brings decades of knowledge and knowhow from large, fast paced restaurants like Piatti, Boom Noodle and the Ram.
His passion for world cuisine starts from his small hometown Guererro, Mexico where simple ingredients and a lot of love goes a long way. This is the foundation that Shooby Doo Catering was built on.
Operations & Service Manager
Service is no stranger to our Operations Director James Kim. His execution is second to none including experience from community anchors like Salt & Iron and Anthony's Restaurants. James also comes with a background of culinary arts giving strength to Shooby Doo Catering's motto, "where fine foods, meet fine people"!
