About Us Image

Shubert Ho received his culinary degree while attending college in Santa Clara, California. In school he developed a strong foundation for food preparation which has fueled his passion for catering and culinary arts. After successful completion of his program, Shubert moved to Seattle to tackle the competitive culinary industry where he is well trained and specializes in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Shubert's dedication to the food industry is apparent in his attention to detail and accommodating qualities.

Mira Ho shares the same passion for food. Growing up in a family of chefs, cooking a great meal was an everyday matter. This innate appreciation for culinary arts quickly drew these two together. While Shubert pursued culinary school, Mira received her degree in fine arts from the University of Washington. Their creativity and diligence make them the ultimate duo. Accompanied by a team of dedicated staff, Shooby Doo Catering is where "Fine Foods Meet Fine People".

  • This is a RAVE for Shooby Doo Catering and Shubert, who handled our multi-day event! In mid-June, Shubert provided luncheon and dinner for me and four associates as we held days of non-stop meetings at my home. All participants arrived exhausted from long hours of travel from Europe but perked up as they got the first sniff of the delicious meal that was being prepared for them. After the meal, all agreed they felt they'd just eaten at the best restaurant in town! For three days, Shubert quietly prepared fabulous meals as we worked, then called us to dinner or luncheon and gave us the energy to go on. The first night, two guests were delayed by airlines, so Shubert served dinner to three of us first and then to the other two without a word of complaint. He smiled and fit in with the group throughout and we all learned to love him. We are planning another three-day meeting in November and will surely make Shubert a part of them if the meetings are held in Seattle. Bravo! And thank you, Shubert!
