Off-site event sales at Shooby Doo Catering since 2022. With over eight years of event management and sales experience, she focuses on being client-centric, organized, and efficient. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with her daughter, and testing out new recipes in her kitchen. -

Roberto brings restaurant-quality cuisine with international expertise to our catering team. He has decades of knowledge from fast-paced restaurants like Piatti, Boom Noodle, and The Ram. Whether you prefer an elegant plated dinner or a lavish buffet for up to 500 guests, her team is equipped to deliver exceptional service and cuisine from our master chef commissary, tailored to meet the specific needs of each event.

With six years in the event industry, Sierra loves helping clients turn their ideas into celebrations that feel genuine, thoughtful, and uniquely their own. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys singing with her choir, chasing sunsets, spending time with friends and family and traveling to new places.
