Pioneered by husband and wife team Mira & Shubert Ho, Shooby Doo Catering has grown leaps and bounds and executes over 500 events annually. Together this family-owned business has created Feedme Hospitality and Restaurant Group that empower Shooby Doo Catering to provide restaurant-quality cuisine at catered events. The mission is to provide a warm and friendly experience for the client and employee. A happy ecosystem will always provide the opportunity for a successful event.

    Laurel is here to lead the team in delivering exceptional food and service. With 25 years of experience, she loves connecting people through food and wine. Hosting is her superpower, and she loves welcoming people into her home for a great dinner party.

    Off-site event sales at Shooby Doo Catering since 2022. With over eight years of event management and sales experience, she focuses on being client-centric, organized, and efficient. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with her daughter, and testing out new recipes in her kitchen.

    Roberto brings restaurant-quality cuisine with international expertise to our catering team. He has decades of knowledge from fast-paced restaurants like Piatti, Boom Noodle, and The Ram. His passion starts in his hometown Guererro, Mexico, where simple ingredients and a lot of love go a long way. This is the foundation that Shooby Doo Catering was built on.

    Jorden brings a wealth of experience from Salt & Iron, Oysters and Steak, located in Downtown Edmonds. Her background in fine dining ensures a high-quality culinary experience for all off-site events. Whether you prefer an elegant plated dinner or a lavish buffet for up to 500 guests, her team is equipped to deliver exceptional service and cuisine from our master chef commissary, tailored to meet the specific needs of each event.
